I have made some changes to the Announcements page. You should subscribe to this page so that you receive emails every time it changes.

Some important things I forgot to mention:

Do not format the memstick! Removing all the files is ok, but reformatting could brick the memstick.
Do not switch the memsticks to read only! In otherwords, don't mess with the little switch on the back of the memsticks.
Make sure the wireless switch is in the on position!
You should only have to run creatememstick.sh once to set everything up. Then you can run make update from you project directory.

Some debugging tips:

If nobody seems to be able to connect to their aibos, try powering down the wireless router for a minute. It seems to get into a funny state sometimes.
Also, if you need help debugging, and you see my on GTalk (stober@gmail.com) - feel free to ask a question.
Finally, if you leave me a voicemail, also try to followup with an email, as I tend to check email more frequently.
